AssetTrace, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program for business contacts (judgment creditors) who have opted in via our web form at portal.assettrace.com, prior business relationship, or written authorization in executed engagement letters and case acquisition agreements.

We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging is used solely for communicating with you about your case submission, scheduling, document follow-up, case status updates, and signature reminders. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Opt-out requests are honored immediately and propagated across all communications channels within 24 hours.
